SEV was responsible for development of the baseline environmental assessment for the areas of The Bahamas, Florida and Cuba to potentially be impacted by development of an oil exploration and production program. SEV also identified potential environmental impacts of the proposed program and assisted in development of mitigation measures to eliminate or minimize any negative impacts identified.
